Things to know about your stay

Check in / Check out

You are welcome to access your room as of 02.00 pm. Should you be arriving after 05.00 pm, please let us know beforehand. Please vacate your room by 10.30 am on the departure day. You are welcome to access our EICH Spa free of charge on your arrival day as of 11.00 am and 04.00 pm on your departure day. We ask you to please return towels and bathrobes to the reception after use.

Dogs

Please understand that dogs are not allowed at our hotel.

Children

(Adults Only time from 07th January - 30th March 2025 &  17th August - 07th September 2025)

The following rates apply to children staying in their parents’ room. The precondition is that at least 2 adults have booked the children’s room. In the case of children staying in a room by themselves the standard room rate is charged. All children’s prices are per night and include the breakfast buffet (dinner excluded).

Child 0 - 2 years old € 25

Child 3 - 8 years old € 45

Child 9 - 14 years old € 70

For a crib with towel and pillow we charge € 20.00 per day. You are welcome to bring your own travel cot along at no extra charge.

Late check out

If availability allows, you are welcome to keep your room until 05.00 pm on the departure day. We will charge € 50.00 per room. Please state your preference with your reservation or at arrival.

Trip cancellation insurance

Circumstances may always arise that disrupt a trip. If you would like to sign a

cancellation insurance in due time, we recommend the European Travel Insurance.

Carefree booking for 5% of your trip price.

Cancellation terms and conditions

Should you cancel your reservation without travel insurance, the following cancellation terms and conditions apply:

if cancelled 20 – 11 days prior to arrival, 20% of the booking price are charged

if cancelled 10 – 7 days prior to arrival, 40% of the booking price are charged

if cancelled 06 – 4 days prior to arrival, 60% of the booking price are charged

if cancelled 3 or fewer day prior to arrival, 90% of the booking price are charged

For no shows, 100 % of the booking price are charged

Extra bed

Spacious, comfortable sleeper sofas are available in certain rooms as an

additional bed. Guests over the age of 15 who stay

on an extra bed receive a 30% discount.

Overnight stay with breakfast only

Closed sunday

(except New Year's Week | 01st July 2024 - 15th September 2024 | public holidays)

For all guests who stay in our hotel over a Sunday, please note that on Sundays, 

our restaurant closes at 02.00 pm and the hotel closes at 07.00 pm. The Eich Spa is open until 07.00 pm.

Of course it is possible to go out to dinner in the nearby area.

Half board guests will receive a discount of Euro 20,00 for the Sunday dinner meal. (Deduction only if the restaurant is actually closed and excluding marked packages).
