Payment

The payment of your total invoice on departure day is starting at 07.00 am possible. If you prefere to pay your total bill the day before you can do this at the reception desk upon 08.30 pm.

Arrival

Our rooms are ready as of 14:00. You are welcome to enjoy the Eich Spa (see opening hours) from 11:00 on the day of arrival. Bath / sauna towels and bathrobe, if you arrive earlier, you get at the reception.

Bathrobes

A bathrobe to be used during your stay is provided on the bed in your room. You can also buy our cosy robes at the reception. The price per robe is EUR 45.00. Should the bathrobe not be in your room on your departure day, we will have to charge you EUR 45.00 to replace it.

Bath bag

The bath bag is yours to use during your stay at our hotel. Please take your slippers from home with you, otherwise you will get some slippers at the reception. Should you wish to use our spa facilities on the day of departure, you are free take the bath bag and bathrobes along to our Eich Spa.

Banks

The closest banks (Raika, Sparkasse, Volksbank, Oberbank) are located right in nearby Mondsee (4 km). Business hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 to 12:30 and 14:30 to 16:30. Open on Friday afternoons until 17:30 and closed on Wednesday afternoon and on the weekends.

Bar

Our hotel bar is open from 07.00 am till 11 pm. You are also welcome to enjoy your drink in your room. 

Beauty Himmel

Our Beauty Himmel (heaven) is located in the Marienschlössl on the 3rd floor. There are countless beauty sections, but only very few beneath the open sky. Our Beauty Himmel is not just simply special to us, but also to anyone who has visited it. Your holiday heart will beat faster in our special rooms, such as Heaven, Hell, Purgatory, or the 7th Heaven as well as the sunny terrace. Sundays our angels are off to heaven - the Beauty Himmel is closed.

Library

On the first floor, above the main entrance area at the galary , our library is located. You can browse through a variaty of books and enjoy the calm and cosy atmosphere.

Bus connections

The ‘Eichinger’ bus stop is located approx. 100 metres from the hotel, right by Hauptstraße (main street). The reception desk will gladly provide you with the current bus schedule.

Bicycle rental

(from May to October)

The hotel’s own bicycle rental for our guests. Please make a reservation at the reception desk.

Check in / check out

Our rooms are ready from 14:00. You are welcome to enjoy our Eich SPA (see opening hours) from 11:00 on your day of arrival. Bath/sauna towels and dressing gowns are available from reception if you arrive early.

When checking IN, our reception team will give you your key cards and red hearts for your dressing gowns so you always know which is which in the EICH SPA. Please return this package (key card & hearts) to reception in full on your day of departure.

For your check OUT, reception will be at your service from 7:00. Should you prefer to pay your bill the evening before, you can do so until 20:30.

Preferred payment methods are cash and EC card. Visa and Mastercard credit cards are also accepted.

We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:30 on your day of departure. You are welcome to continue to enjoy the Eich SPA (see opening hours) until 16:00. If you would like to carry on using our wellness area on your day of departure, you’ll receive an alternative spa package from reception when checking OUT (see ‘spa package’).

Children

Children are welcome in our house. Children are welcome to attend the Eich Spa until 03.00 pm. After 03.00 pm the Eich Spa is for adults only. Thank you for understanding. A swimming nappy is compulsory for toddlers. These nappies are available at reception should you not have any along.

Massage & cosmetics

Complaints

Every business has areas to improve on. However, we aren’t fans of survey forms, because you should not spend your well-deserved holiday filling out sheets of paper. Thus we ask you to please communicate any complaints, suggestions or compliments directly to our managers, Norbert & Sabine. Thank you very much.

Cancellation terms

It happens: Plans change.

In case of a cancellation, the following cancellation policies and charges will apply:
20 – 11 days before arrival….............20 % of the booking value
10 – 07 days before arrival…...........40 % of the booking value
06 – 04 days before arrival….........60 % of the booking value
from 03 days before arrival…........90 % of the booking value 
No show….....................................................100% of the booking value

No cancellation fees are charged if you provide us with a doctor’s note.

If you leave earlier than booked, we will charge the confirmed price less the breakfast and dinner which will be not consumed.

Drinks billing

We will be happy to charge your room bill with your drinks and additional services. Please check your consumed items every day and sign for these. Complaints will not be accepted during check-ou

Departure

We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:30 on the departure day. You are welcome to enjoy our Eich Spa (see opening hours) until 16:00 on the day of departure. Lockers are available in the changing rooms (Keys are available at the reception) for your clothes and there are also changing facilities and hairdryers. Please do not take the gray bath bag with you to our Eich Spa, you will receive an alternative bath bag at check-out at the reception. Thank you very much.

Eich Shop

Many of the things and items you use during your stay in our hotel, you can buy as well for taking them home. All products and details you find in the vitrine opposite the elevator of our Landhaus. (prices in the vitrine)

Eich Spa

With small but wonderful sauna facilities with a parlour sauna, brine steam bath, herbal infrared facility, an indoor pool with whirlpool beds and an outdoor pool heated all year round, our hotel presents itself as a secret getaway for your spa holiday!

Also children are welcome in our Eich SPA until 03:00 pm. Afterwards the whole spa area is reserved for our adult guests. Thank you for your understanding.

In winter, shorter opening hours of the outdoor pool are used to guarantee a constant water temperature of 32-35 ° C.

On the day of departure you are welcome to use our Eich SPA (see opening hours), equipped with an alternative bathing bag (see "bathing bag").

Email

Our email address is info@eichingerbauer.at. You are welcome to receive personal and business emails at this address. We will be happy to print these for you. As of 5 sheets of paper we charge a fee of EUR 0.15/sheet.

Fireside lounge

Our cosy fireplace room is located in the Marienschlössl on the ground floor (in the corridor at the back) and is at your disposal on request for an interesting chat or to enjoy an exciting book. Please understand that only bottled wines are served in our fireside lounge in the evenings. You are welcome to sample wines in our wine grotto or from the wine list. If the fireside lounge has already been reserved, you will see a reservation sign on the door.

Fitnessraum

Unser EichingerPOWER Fitnessraum bietet Ihnen Gelegenheit zum sportlichen Ausgleich (ohne Trainer).

Es stehen Ihnen folgende Geräte der Marke Precor zur Verfügung:

1 Crosstrainer, 1 Laufband, 1 Liegerad, 1 Fahrradergometer, 1 Cable Cross, Kurzhanteln bis 10 kg.

Our free Internet station (PC) is located in the corridor to the Marienschlössl. Here you can check your emails and surf the web. Downloads are not available. Furthermore, there is free WIFI access throughout the entire hotel. Simply connect to the WIFI (no password required) and you’re online...

Keys

Should you spend the evening outside the hotel, please take your room key-card along to access the main entrance as well as the entrance of the Marienschlössl.

Please do not forget to return your room card at the reception when checking out.

Late breakfast

If you want to enjoy a later breakfast between 10.30 am to 12.00 am, please inform us at the reception desk (dial 50) until 10.00 am. We will arrange your breakfast on an étagère in our Schafberg Stube.

Late Check-Out

If availability allows, you are welcome to keep your room until 06:00 pm on departure day. We will charge 50% of the booked category rate (stay incl. breakfast) per person. Please state your preference in advance or at the reception desk upon arrival.

Laundry service

If you would like to use our laundry service, please label and fill the laundry bag in your wardrobe and place it in the sink.

Meal selection for halfboard bookings

Main power switch

The main switch for your room’s power supply is located on the wall right by the room’s entrance. To activate the power supply, simply insert your room card. Please remove the card when leaving your room, in order to avoid any unnecessary power consumption.

There are plenty of free parking spaces available behind the hotel, next to the tennis hall. Please do not use any other parking facilities (except when loading and offloading).

Bowling

In our hotel you can rent one or two moonlight bowling alleys. Please make a reservation at the reception desk. Euro 10,00 | alley | hour (billing by a counter).

Smoking

The hotel (indoor) is a non-smoking area. For our smokers there is a sceduled smoker's corner (with radiant heaters) at the Marienschlössl entrance for colder days.

All our rooms are equipped with smoke detectors. In case we note that you have smoked in your room, we will charge EUR 100,00 per day for extra cleaning.

Sauna

With small but wonderful sauna facilities with a parlour sauna, brine steam bath, herbal infrared facility, an indoor pool with whirlpool beds and an outdoor pool heated all year round, our hotel presents itself as a secret getaway for your spa holiday!

Sun terrace

Our televisions are standardised for hotels and offer cable TV. The English programmes available are CNN and CNBC.

Please report any technical problems to the reception desk immediately. Please select a volume you would expect your neighbours to choose, too.

Travel insurance

We look forward to your visit! For the event that something should come up, we recommend that you take out an hotel cancellation insurance policy (Hotelstorno Plus). Further information and options for the uncomplicated conclusion of an insurance are provided by the European Travel Insurance.

Tennis

Our hotel is equipped with four tennis courts (2 outdoor sand courts and 2 granulate indoor courts).

Please book your court online.

For our hotel guests the courts (in- and outdoor) cost Euro 15,00|hour.

Guests staying 5 nights or more may use the tennis courts free of charge.

If you want to have a tennis trainer please fix an appointment at the reception desk and pay the trainer directly in cash.

Table reservation

If you have booked an overnight stay including breakfast, a table in the Landhaus Stube or in the Schafberg Stube is reserved for breakfast. We would be delighted if you would stay with us for dinner as well. You are very welcome to reserve a dinner table at the reception desk or with our service staff.

Vital Bar

Just opposite the quiet room in our ‘Eich SPA’ the Vital Bar offers juices, spring water, teas and fruits from 01:00 pm till 07:30 pm as a refreshment. Please also only enter this area in your swimming costume. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the spa area. We will gladly serve these at the hotel bar.

Waterbeds

In our Beauty Himmel on the 3rd floor of the Marienschlössl, our waterbeds invite you to relax in the Seventh Heaven.

Wakeup call

We will gladly arrange your wakeup call at the reception desk.

Wine grotto

There are many outstanding wines in our wine grotto. The door to the grotto is always open, you are welcome to go in and sample some wine. Our service team is ready to offer suggestions and advice.
