Information about your booking at Country Hotel Eichingerbauer
The prices include the Eichingerbauer Half Board Special.
All prices are applicable per person and day including half board or the room with breakfast as well as all necessary deductions and taxes.
Deductions Half Board: Should you have something else planned during the evenings you have the chance to cancel your half board dinner menu daily until 11am at reception. Per person a deduction of Euro 8,- is applied. (Arrangement is not valid for the children’s rates)
If you book a room just with breakfast and want to upgrade to half board the surcharge is Euro 16,-
Check in / Check out
You can check into your room from 2pm. Should you wish to arrive later than 3pm, please inform the team when placing your reservation. Please vacate your room on your day of departure before 10.30am. The Source of Vitality may be used on your departure day until 4pm with a surcharge of Euro 10.- per person. Towels and bathing robes are to be handed in at reception thereafter.
Late check out: You may vacate your room on the day of your departure until 5pm; an additional 50% of your room charge (room with breakfast) will be added to your hotel bill. Please do inform us about your wish to check out late when booking your room or when checking in.
- Day of rest (apart from July/August and bank holidays): all guests who stay over on a Sunday at Country Hotel. Eichingerbauer are kindly informed that the restaurant will be closed from 3pm and the hotel from 6pm. The Source of Vitality and the Saunas are open for you until 8pm. Within the near surroundings you will find many possibilities for dinner. Half Board guests receive a reduction of Euro 8,-
- Dogs: your four legged friend is welcome, the entrance to a few premises however is not allowed: Marien Castle, restaurant, Spa and wellness area as well as the sun bathing lawn. The price per dog and day without dog food is Euro 15,-. Within the hotel areal a leash is obligatory. The rooms Country House (double room) as well as rooms in the main building are available for holidays with your dog.
- Room categories: please understand, that the booking of room categories is possible, however not the reserving of certain room numbers or levels. Small differences to the room layouts are possible.
- Extra beds: As an additional sleeping area you have a spacious and comfortable sofa bed in your rooms. We offer a reduction of 30% of the room price per person and day for the person occupying the extra bed.
- Children rates: for children who stay in the parents room the following prices are applicable when two adults stay in the same room.
- Baby cot with duvet and pillow: Euro 15,- per day. Of course you may bring your travel baby cot free of charge.

The prices include the Eichingerbauer Half Board, a further reduction for non used services from the half board however are not applicable with the children’s rates.
